You are viewing this page because you indicated that you are placing multiple orders, or you currently have an order submitted with us.

The database will not accept orders with the same billing name, in order to differentiate between orders.

If you already have placed and order that hasn't been completed yet (ie - has not been assembled, shipped and delivered), you will be required to use a varied name for any subsequent orders placed while the first order is being processed.

For example:

John Smith places an order under his own name, and then wishes to immediately place another order. John is required to use a different billing name for each order after the first.

He could use the name John Smith (2) or J Smith or perhaps put Mr in front, and so on. No billing name can be repeated, or it will be rejected by the database and you will receive an error message.

NOTE: Once an order has been completed, you can use the same name again for a new order, as it will no longer be in our system. Only the billing name is affected. Orders can have the same address, email, payment details etc.
